As an SDR, your role is vital in driving business growth through effective lead generation strategies, phone-based sales, and nurturing of potential leads. Your expertise in lead qualification, setting meetings, CRM management, and excellent communication skills will be critical in maximizing lead conversion rates and contributing to the overall success of our business.

• SDR Expertise: As an SDR, you will be responsible for sourcing and generating high-quality B2B leads. Use your deep understanding of lead qualification strategies to generate, follow-up and nurture qualified leads. Consistent and   persistent follow-up with   leads is essential. You will nurture leads through personalized communication, and build rapport to move leads through the sales funnel effectively scheduling meetings with one of our Account Executives. ‍

• Phone Communication Skills: Strong phone communication skills are vital for this role. You will be conducting phone-based sales, engaging with potential leads, and nurturing relationships over the phone. Excellent phone etiquette, active   listening, and persuasive communication are crucial.

• CRM Integration: As part of your role, you will use our CRM system to manage lead data, log call details, record notes from conversations, emails, and set follow-up tasks. Familiarity with CRM integration and call logging is important.
