Job Description

As an Account Executive specializing in B2B sales, you play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Your focus includes managing leads generated by Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) while proactively sourcing additional pipeline, ensuring tighter sales cycles, and closing deals effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Management:

 Collaborate with SDRs to manage and prioritize leads, ensuring seamless handover and nurturing of qualified opportunities.

• Pipeline Expansion:

 Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through self-sourcing efforts, including cold outreach, networking, and industry engagement.

• Client Engagement:

 Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, tailoring sales strategies accordingly.

• Sales Strategy:

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies, optimizing for shorter sales cycles and higher conversion rates.

• Presentation and Negotiation:

  Deliver compelling presentations, articulating the value proposition of Upholstery Group solutions. Skillfully negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

• Market Research:

 Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Leverage this knowledge to position our offerings effectively.

• Sales Metrics:

 Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Collaboration:

 Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and client-centric approach.

• Documentation:

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in CRM systems. Track reports and measure analytics with an outcome focus. 

• Customer Satisfaction:

 Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
